Title: Because I got enough to spare
Fandom: Twilight
Rating: NC-17.
Length: About 2600 words.
Characters/Pairings: Primarily Edward/Jacob. But also cut for length. )
Content notes: (skip) Contains a pre-negotiated fantasy with D/s elements and slut-shaming slurs. More specific notes on what the fic contains can be read in the AO3 post's tags.

Summary: Still up for this, popsicle? Or: the Edward Gets Gangbanged by Werewolves fic.

Notes: Written for this prompt for [community profile] kink_bingo's May 2012 mini-challenge. I played a little fast and loose with the Twilight vampire/werewolf worldbuilding and set it in an AU version of the universe's future for logistical purposes. (Yay creative license!) The title comes from My Chemical Romance's House of Wolves.

(Also on AO3 and LJ.)

Even though this is written more like the traditional posts you see on [personal profile] gorgeousnerd/[livejournal.com profile] cho_malfoy, I'm putting this on [community profile] firmament because of LJ post character limits. (I could just post it in [personal profile] gorgeousnerd and not crosspost, but whatever, this is how I roll.)

Anyway! I took fic commentary requests here, and [personal profile] sylvaine requested Dying Embers, my [livejournal.com profile] werewolfbigbang story from 2010. And there's two things you should know before I start this:

1. This is a Twilight story.
2. Most of my interest in Twilight is from a snarking/rebuilding perspective. But not always.

If you hate Twilight and the occasional admiration of certain elements bothers you, this post isn't for you. And if you love Twilight and don't want to hear any criticisms against it, this post also isn't for you. I also talk a bit about Sunrise in Winter, so if you haven't read that story, I recommend you give it a try first because it's one of those experience-is-half-the-fun stories.

Ready? Let's do this!

Title: Dying Embers
Fandom: Twilight
Rating: PG-13 for violence, language, and mild sexual content. Major character death included.
Length: 17,375 words.
Characters/Pairings: Leah Clearwater/Bella Swan, Sam Uley, Rachel Black, Seth Clearwater, Edward Cullen, Jacob Black, other canon characters.
Spoilers: All of the Twilight series.

Summary: I was going to die. But I wasn't scared. I didn't want to die, but I was as ready as I was ever going to be.

And I wasn't unprepared.

Leah knew something bad would happen when Jacob took Bella to their tribe's bonfire. She just didn't think it would involve imprinting on Bella. And as if that wasn't enough, a new wolf joins the pack, the confrontation with Victoria and her vampires doesn't end according to plan, and the Volturi are poised to strike. Can Leah sort through her real feelings and save all her friends? (An Eclipse/Breaking Dawn AU for [livejournal.com profile] werewolfbigbang.)

gorgeousnerd: Young Mary Winchester, with her head turned to the side and her blonde hair around her face. (Mary is young.)

Title: A Wolf in the Forest
Fandom: Twilight (books)
Rating: PG-13 for language.
Length: About 3600 words.
Characters/Pairings: Leah Clearwater/Angela Weber, Jacob, Seth, Bella, Renesmee.
Warnings: Spoilers for everything through Breaking Dawn.

Summary: Is there a way to find love, even when both parties are forced into considering it?

Notes: This story has more similarities to the last Femmeslash Friday story than I would have liked, but I had the idea for this one before I ran into problems with my Iron Man story, so I decided to go with it anyway. Extended notes after the story.
