Summary: He gets like this sometimes, more frequently now than he used to, and while nobody's better than Frank at being a little shit, he can never quite get Ray to a peak. And it grates at Frank.

Or: Frank breaks Ray's strobe light, and Ray gets payback.

Notes: Written for the rough body play square on my kink_bingo card. I played fast and loose with canon, so anything off is (hopefully) on purpose. In case the link in the summary stops working at any point, Frank's telling a story about how Ray would play along with a strobe light during the making of "Planetary (GO!)".
