1. "Storytelling", Firefly, PG. Every couple has their story. Zoë and Hoban Washburne, first mate and pilot of Serenity, are no exception.

2. "Any Little Song That You Know" (1 | 2 | 3 | 4), Supernatural, PG-13. For spn_j2_bigbang. Mary Campbell lives, and the world is changed: Detroit has been destroyed, and a dream nearly tears Dean apart. Add demons to the mix, and a hunter named Sam who tries to kill Dean, and the Campbells are set on two different paths that lead to the same end: an abandoned convent in Ilchester, Maryland.

3. "Merry Birthday", Supernatural, G. In which two birthdays are celebrated, and Castiel looks ridiculous.

July 2010 and beyond

• At minimum, I'll post two fics this month: one Dean-centric SPN fic that just needs a couple rounds of editing, and a Vampire Diaries kink_bingo fic I'll finish and polish. I'd like to do more than one kink_bingo story in July - ideally, I'll manage to get five done by the time August 15th comes about - but it'll depend on time and how I'm doing on my other projects.


• In the next couple weeks, I'll be editing my spn_summergen and sending it in. I can't imagine I'll need past the fifteenth to get it done - I just need to check continuity and smooth out the plot - but I'm pretty busy with real-life stuff at the moment, so I'll have to see. Either way, it's not getting posted for a while yet.


• vampirebigbang is ongoing: I discarded my Vampire Diaries idea and am on the fourth or fifth attempt at a first draft for a Glee vampire AU. My current attempt has over 3k words, and I think I'm closing in on what I want to do. I shouldn't have any problems meeting the 8k or 80% goal at the end of the month.


• werewolfbigbang is also ongoing: I'm going through the canon (coughtwilightcough) and formulating ideas. Once the rough draft of vampirebigbang's done, I'll start working on werewolfbigbang. Considering my ideas are a lot more solid with the latter than the former, I can't imagine I'll have too many difficulties getting the rough draft in on time.


• I'll probably switch to original fiction a little more after I'm done with these challenges, but I'm definitely doing Yuletide again this year, and I'm definitely going to be posting at least one fanfic each month. Also, the unfinished WIPs are still on my to-do list, if obviously on the back burner.
