Updated project list.

I spent the majority of a day revamping the project list. The changes are pretty major. For a basic idea, click here for a screencap of the list on chomalfoyfics in light form before its change, and here for a cap of the new list on DW in light form.

I hope the changes I've made are more useful for readers who might peruse the community. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to make it even more useful.

Edit: I also made the project list sticky, so it's the first visible post on the community. This is another personal taste item, both in terms of what I like when I see other fic journals and in terms of finding the post to edit.
